I live in Cairns, Tropical North Queensland and provide a high quality, honest and personalised service that addresses a specific need for business; that is the need for cost effective business and safety solutions. As a small business I am able to keep costs to a minimum while providing a personalised service.

I have had 26 years experience in the mining industry in gold, nickel, zinc and lead (underground, surface and processing) in both Australia and PNG. During this time I was involved in various functions including frontline supervision, training, and over the last ten years occupational health and safety. My work history includes managing the safety function for a gold mining operation during its closure, decommissioning, deconstruction and rehabilitation. My last role for a large mining company in Australia was as the Health, Safety, Environment and Training Superintendent. I now dedicate my time to providing this service for others.

My qualifications include an "Executive Certificate in Occupational Health and Hygiene", "Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessing", "Safety and Environmental Auditor" "Workplace Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator" to name a few.

My exposure to different companies and cultures and experience in the fields of Training and Occupational Health and Safety have given me a firm understanding of what works best for businesses. Organisations are often complex entities with many risks, legal responsibilities and people to consider and manage. I have seen and been involved in many company initiatives over the years; some were good and some not so good. From my knowledge and experience I believe I have much to offer any company or organisation that wants to enhance its business operations. I am committed to providing cost effective solutions. My focus is to provide a personalised service, which keeps the overheads low, and ultimately the costs down for the client.
